Cultivera offers a built-in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). Within it, you have the option to create, view or edit Customer and Vendor profiles as well as check-in customers and view the current check-in queue. Similarly, the CRM module is where you will create and assign customer groups. This course will outline the CRM module and show you how to search for and create patients and customers, vendors and check in guests. Each lesson will be an overview of the pages within the module and how to navigate them. At the end of the course, you will be able to complete a quiz to test your knowledge.

There was 1 question in another course, looking for 2 answers but only 1 would accept. This caused me to show only 87.5 complete.
It would also be helpful to have larger print to have a better idea on the examples you show.
